Welcome to boilerdad.com (“Site”). This Site is operated by Carlo Zaskorski (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or purchasing any products.

1. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it in a manner that could damage or impair functionality.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Descriptions

All products sold through boilerdad.com are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. Product images, colors, and print placement may vary slightly from the images due to differences in screens, printing processes, and manufacturing.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing at any time.

By placing an order, you authorize Shopify Payments, PayPal, or any applicable payment processor to charge your provided payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Orders will not be processed if payment is declined.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders are printed and fulfilled on demand by third-party manufacturing partners. Production and delivery times vary depending on product type, location, and print provider availability.

Estimated delivery timelines:

United States: typically 5–9 business days
International: varies by region

These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasonal volume.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

❌ Returns NOT accepted for:

Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse / changed mind
Dislike of fit, feel, or color
Minor variations in print placement or color

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for these reasons.

✔️ Replacements or refunds ARE provided for:

Misprints or significant print defects
Damaged items
Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or product sent)
Major quality issues

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@boilerdad.com and must include clear photos of the issue for verification. We may also require additional documentation.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after being placed. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has begun fulfillment.

If your order has already entered production, we cannot cancel it or issue refunds unless there is a quality or fulfillment issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays caused by third-party fulfillment partners or shipping carriers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, and content on boilerdad.com are the intellectual property of Carlo Zaskorski and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
